Where can i find parts for a mirella bicycle?

I just recently became the proud owner of a classic italian racing bike... although, to be honest, I dont know much about it. In looking online, i found a pic of the exact bike at:

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find much information on Mirella Bicycles in my own research... Is there any information out there that I can reference to learn more about them?

Any chance there's any shops out there that may have parts? :)

Any good bike shop that specializes in road bikes will have them. The uniqueness of road bikes is in the frame - very few bike companies make their own parts (Trek - Bontrager, Bianchi does some of their own too).

If you want to replace parts with the originals instead of updating the bike, then check http://www.bicycleclassics.com/ for vintage parts.
