Where can i find places that let Local performers to Sing?

Where can i look, you know how sometimes they have little festivals and stuff like that or just places that allow local singers bands to perform. Where can i look for this, Me and my cousin are Latin music singers

Often coffee shops will have open mic nights.  if you are old enpugh some bars actually have them too.  If no one near you has one ask a coffee shop if you could host an open mic night, be sure to advertise and drag as many people there as you can.

They are called BARS or CANTINAS.  Most bands will let someone sing one song just to see if they really can sing as well as they think they can... if you really can sing... they will let you come back.
