Where can i find plumbago seeds?

i live in barbados adn love to grow plumbago but would like to get some seeds.

there are a few kinds/colors:

if your goverment will allow their import, then the US government will send you some free for study or breeding. i see they have this blue variety:

when you send your request to the US, you also need to send them the import permit that you get from your government. the permit is free:

You can try asking a local nursery to order some for you. or a local garden club seed swap. many internet sites have seed swaps too.
