I don't know of a restaurant that serves that in St. Louis.

I do have a recipe, and I'll post it here for you tomorrow evening -- I have to get to bed for work tomorrow.

My grandmere grew up in New Brunswick and made these all the time -- so the recipe I have is authentic.

any place that has cheese fries...just have them pour gravy over them

poutine isnt exactly the same as cheese fries because they use the curds...but cant imagine after the hot gravy it'd be that much different!!!..so I'd say buck is right!!
