Try going to someone who makes blueprints for garages. Make it big though.

I would start by getting ideas of what you want from the site below...build the barn befor ya get the horse.

Check out the larger sheds and barns that come in kits from the home improvement stores first. Just be sure they are tall enough for the horse, including if it rears up. You don't want the horse to cut it's head on a ceiling joist. Small pole barns are cheap.
