Where can i find "happy roses" in the US [georgia particularly]?

i've seen them, and i really would like to grow them.. i don't know if you can buy the seeds? and i haven't seen the actual roses for sale anywhere..

plus, my and my boyfriend's 2 year is coming up, and i think [if they're not too expensive] it would be a nice gift that i could 'oh-so-subtly' hint that he should get me.. XP

and no, they're not photoshopped.. they found some way to grow them..

They are beautiful but they are not grown that way.  They are dyed after they are grown.  Here is a link that tells how they do it by splitting the stem and putting it into different colored dyes:
