There are many online retailers of brand name golf equipment.

My favorite is RockBottomGolf.com - they don't have everything you might be looking for, but what they do have is cheaper than most anywhere else.

eBay is risky, I have heard horror stories of people "getting a good deal" only to find the clubs are not as advertised - clones/knock-offs, not a complete set (two #7 irons, no #6), things like that. If you find someone with a high feedback and LOTS of pictures of the items, you might be ok, but tread lightly.

Others include tgw.com, golfdiscount.com, 3balls.com, edwinwatts.com, golfgalaxy.com, dickssportinggoods.com, and lots of others.

Don't forget about comparison sites like Shopping.com, shopzilla.com, nextag.com, and pricegrabber.com - they will show you a handful of prices for specific products and let you choose where to buy.

Finally, once you decide what and where to buy, check for online coupons at Retailmenot.com, CouponCabin.com, CouponMountain.com, etc. - they usually have a couple 5-10% off or free shipping coupons to help save you a few extra dollars. Any savings are better than none, especially when you can put those bucks towards your first round or bucket at the range to use those new clubs!

Really cheap and name brand do not always go hand in hand.

Where can you find the best value for you dollar?

I would try Ebay, www.tgw.com, and sites like that for a good value.

You can go to www.Customgolfstom.com for some nice brand new clubs. The company that makes them is called Integra Golf. Integra ownes 80% of the leading clubs rights. Which basically means that they make the clubs for Callaway, Cobra, Taylormade, etc.. and they stamp that name on them. But they make clones without the name for cheap and they're nice!!!!
