Where can i find snowboarding pants...?

that are less expensive but not puffy just that swishy material?

go to a hill where there are snowboarding stores.... for example lake tahoe

Find good used ones at: craigslist.com.

We bought snowpants from Burlington Coat Factory and saved a ton of $$.  They had different thicknesses to choose from at the one near us.

Also, like someone else said, Craigslist is good as well.

Since I do not have any idea where you live, i don't no any places. But I got some camo DC ones on eBay and they are exactly as you discribed and they are awsome

go to a special snowboarding/skatboarding store. they have really good brands and can help you choose
