If you wanna have a particular wallpaper of a team or player, you can find them in the official sites of NBA teams (you can find all teams' sites from nba.com). But if you just desire an NBA wallpaper, well, again nba.com is a good place. You can find the latest and previous years' all-star games pictures and much more there.
