Does your school require uniform for teachers? If not than I would say go to Oldnavy, look on ther website under wear to work. They have really nice comfy casual outfits. Its stylish and you can wrestle a disruptive kid to the ground in it.

If your not on a budget than Banana Republic has some nice suits you can buy. Capri suits are really in, the shorts that go just below the knee with a nice pair of flats would look really nice.

I don't know what you mean by uniform. Do you mean like appropriate dress attire?

Personally I am no fuddy duddy teacher and will never wear sequins (unless in style at the moment) or those shapeless dresses. The best places I shop at to get professional clothing for the work place but are still cute and trendy are:

1.  Ann Taylor Loft - absolutely adorable clothes. Lots of solids.

2. JCrew - classics all the way. I live off the wool sweaters

3. Super cheapy cheap is H&M

4. Careful with buying your clothes from Macys women's - you could look super old.
