Where can i find that program where i type something in and the computer says it in a computer voice thing

and the computer says out loud..

Well I have a Mac, so I use NotePad, it has the option of using a voice.

If you have a PC, go to control panel, than sounds, speech, and audio devices, than sound. That should open a window that is what you are talking about. I have window XP, so if you have vista just go into control panel and search "text to speech" it should be on of the results.
