I cant really tell you the hospitals but i can tell you that Germany, England and Sweden have the best doc's.

Personally speaking I would say Belgium is one of the better ones.

e.g. patients in the UK who are on waiting lists for a long time were being sent to Belgium for operations and came back with glowing reports.  Actually due to a EU law change recently, EU citizens are able to seek medical treatment at any hospital within the EU (but it is not decided at country level how (if) this will be re-imbursed

Personally I also had an operation in Belgium and can personally recommend them also

If you are looking for yourself, then also take into account that you need to understand what is going on and therefore it is important to seek a country where the staff & specalists will speak a common language with you, so also take this into consideration.  If there is no common native language which you share, then make sure the level of English is good (e.g. Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark etc) in all the staff there

I know that the ones in Germany are all very good.
