Where can i find the cheapest 32" LCD HDTV?

The least expensive 32" LCD, that has some degree of quality and reliability built in will probably be a cheaper model of a Toshiba or Sharp with 720p native resolution. Do a Google or Yahoo search for 'lcd hdtv 32' and you'll get many hits for shopping sites that will let you compare prices. Don't buy cheap c**p or you will be sorry a year or so down the road!

second, probably brands like Westinghouse and Inisignia should be pretty cheap
