  2. I STILL LIKE CUBA THE BEST FOR VALUE--D.R.,PUNTA CANA USED TO BE GOOD, BUT ITS CATCHING UP TO THE MEXICO GREED.  IF YOUR FROM THE USA, BAD LUCK, NO CAN DO--ABOVE BOARD ANYWAY.

  3. If you are other than American go to Cuba.  Great beaches, scenery fantastic people and inexpensive.
