Where can i find the company that sells pre built wall frames for a house?

my dad a i ar gona add on to our house and i saw these wall that you can order that have the studs and the installation in it and the have a latch that connects them so that you just have to hook them together and put them on then add the drywall

does anyone know what company makes this?
