Yes if C drive is shared of that computer, Then it is possible

Open that computer from network Go C drive open ->Document and setting->user account name(admin or other user name that use on that computer)->local setting ->History

In this way you see history of other computer

Local setting folder is hidden so you need to change hidden file setting
