Where can i find the list of companies around the world that have fixed income rates?

COMPANIES don't have fixed income rates; INVESTMENTS can offer fixed income rates.

For example, XYC Inc. might offer stock for sale and bonds for sale.  Their corporate bonds might be offered with a "coupon" (interest rate) of 6%.  That is a fixed rate.  You could purchase the bonds, sold at $1,000 each, and get paid 6% per year on your investment.  (By the way, the risk is that the company won't be able to pay the fixed rate and/or won't be able to pay back your investment of $1,000 per bond)

Corporate bonds are one example of a fixed rate investment.  Here are some others:  CDs, municipal bonds, government bonds, international bonds, fixed annuities, preferred stock.  

You can find listed bonds in the Wall Street Journal.  You can also purchase a "basket" of bonds via a mutual fund.
