Where can i find the motivation to start working as REAL ESTATE AGENT in Singapore?

I have just started out to work as real estate agent but i have lack the motivation and methods to find clients.... can anyone tell me how to market and get business :(

If you lack motivation, you are in the wrong business. Find a business you enjoy. If you are just in it for the money but don't like it, you will never be happy and will always be stressed out.

Find a good mentor in your agency. Someone who is positive and good years of experience. How do u come to join as an agent ? I though u should have a so-called up-line manager or director guiding you. A few things u must ask yourself truly :

a) Is this (real estate) is what I love to do ?

b) Am I prepare to work Hard (Meaning Longer Hours and Harder than anyone else)

c)Am I also prepare to dedicate myself serving others....Honestly and With Integrity.

If `Yes' to all three questions , you should not be a problem to shine in real estate.

Study and Observe how the top real estate agent shines in their work ?

Simple Theory, Motivation within Yourself.

In life, it is tough.  I have times whereby months goes by with no lead, no income, but got to press on.

You Have to find it within you.

Motivation Talk/Camps or the like can give the pep for a few days/weeks.  

Ultimately it is yourself.

Go For It.
