Where can i find the paul frank in Brisbane??

I don't find any Paul Frank stores in the yellow pages.

I haven't been in Brisbane for 1 year, but there used to be a store selling Paul Frank clothes in Queen St mall.  It wasn't all Paul Frank though, it had some other brands too.  It's on the street that crosses the mall halfway up (Albert St).  If you stop at the information booth, turn your back on King George Square and walk behind the information booth, it's about 15 metres away on the right hand side.  In between a cafe called bubbles (?) and Starbucks.
