Where can i find the "Willow" flatware set from Pottery Barn?

I have this set at home and my mom really likes it, but cannot find it anywhere. it has been discontinued and was released in the late '90s.

1. Try sending a picture to Replacements.com, which specializes in discontinued flatware and china. They have a Pattern Identification Service that may be able to tell you of a similar pattern, or they may even have your pattern. They do have a Pottery Barn Willow listed, but it is plates, not flatware.

2. Call the corporate offices and ask to speak with the flatware buyer. If it's only 10 years ago, they may have some information. Williams-Sonoma Inc is the parent company, perhaps the design carried over to one of their other brands.
