Where can i find the throttle position sensor on my 2004 Gmc Envoy?

I have to order the sensor and i want to actually look at it so that i know what I'm ordering is right. Also where can i order one?

First of all Why do you want to buy one?did you test it to see if it is faulty? Or did some one tell you it sounds like tps? All you need is a multi meter and it is a very easy test with the help of a repair manual.If still want to know where to find it. Make sure the key is not in ignition the Parking brake is set the car or truck is in park then have some one step on the accelerator /gas pedal and release it a few time while you are following the cable all the way to the end away from the fire wall on the engine. when you reach the end of the cable the TPS will be on the opposite side.Good luck make sure the part is defective before you replace it or you will be wasting a few hundred dollars.

On my car it's but the air filter. But it should some were on the air intake. If you go into any auto parts store you can order it.

If the truck has a throttle cable running to the throttle body the TPS will be on the throttle body is it has no throttle cable it will be located on the gas pedal as far as where to buy I would buy from a dealership the price may be 10 or 20 bucks more but it isn't made in neverneverland junk
