Where can i find this gotcha call (matt tilley, the fox)?

Question

There's one in particular that i want but i don't know what its called. it was one where they call a guy pretending to be part of the council saying they will have to tear up his lawn and possibly driveway. can anyone tell me what this is called.

ps. i remeber they also had a go at the guy for painting the fire hydrant on the street to make it look better.
