Where can i find this outfit for Halloween?

My friend and I are going to be Salt and Pepa for Halloween. I think their outfits on the "Push It" video are classic. I know we can find the black leotards/unitards and boots and even the wings and gold chains but I'm wondering where can I go to get jackets like that. Of course they don't have to be exact but the style and color should be similar. Ebay may not work...I tried it. Here's the video for reference:

I also tried looking with no such luck.. The only thing I know to suggest is to a buy a jacket like this (it doesn't have to be this particular jacket) http://www.honigs.com/detail.asp?Cat=1&I... and somehow attach patches or sew/paint the designs on. I'm sorry I couldn't come up with anything either!

Try goodwill or a thrift shop.  You would be amazed what you can find there.
