i saw a tank top exactly like that in the BCBG store so they might have the dress too. its so cute :]

I saw it in people magazine, and I think they tell you what she wearing and who photographed it. if your not willing to go that far, then you could maybe go to the mall and look for a similar dress. Maybe ask a sales clerk?
