Where can i find this style dress?

it's basically an every day dress, in the style of a long jumper really. Although i don't want one with a droopy neck or a turtle neck. Also not too expensive haha.

The necklace? Exhiliration collection at Target. The top is called a Tunic and get it anywhere. The dress? Dont know

i'd look at temptations its cheap but they look good, i bought a long balck jumper dress fo £15, then saw one similiar in room 12  for £105
