  1. Valrhona has a distributor in Dallas, Gourmet Foods International, who should be able to get you in contact with a local supplier.

    I can't get their website to load at the moment, unfortunately.  

    Barring that, I've always been able to find Valrhona at Cost Plus World Market.  Looks like there's 3 of them in the Dallas area:
