Press red on BBC and it'll show you the medals table.

Great britain were 3rd last time i looked. Not bad.

Just check the medal count on yahoo if the countries name is not there it hasn't won a medal.

If you go to the site below, and click on 'Medals', you'll find the page that shows all 68 medal winning countries; then go to the drop-down box located at the upper right-hand corner of the same page (Search NOC) this lists ALL the competing countries - simply note those not included in the medals table.  May take a while as there's a lot of them, but I believe a manual check is the only way to do it! (EDIT: just checked out the answer before mine, and it's given you the best link possible, as the medals page gives the complete list of competing coutries and medals won -  not just medal winners!).
