Where can i find wizard of oz paper plates/napkins etc. for a birthday ?

Looking for anything that i can have at a Wizard of Oz themed birthday party (21st birthday) including table decorations, cakes, balloons but most importantly looking for plates and napkins.

I seriously think I saw them at walmart.

You could go more 'adult' with the decorations and not have themed plates and whatnot (although I know a 25 year old who just had a spiderman themed party, complete  with a guy dressed up as spiderman)

Get table cloths that look like grass, and yellow ones as runners, stuff like that.

As for a cake, most places can put those pictures on a sheet cake for you, but what about building an emerald city out of cup cakes? Depending on what you want to spend, you can get the cupcakes pre-decorated and formed, or you can just get cupcakes and use boxes and whatnot to arrange them into an emerald city.

As for centerpieces/table decorations you could have oversized lolipops. Get some tera-cotta pots decorate them., stick some oasis (found at a craft store, its for arranging flowers) in it, and stick the lolipops in it. Then put easter straw type stuff around the top.

You can also have the wicked witch sticking out from underneath a table.

And, since its your 21st, you can make themed cocktails, pretty much any drink, but put it in a glass and garnish it so it looks festive.

But, i do recall seeing the decorations you're looking for at walmart. =)
