I went to usavolleyball.org, then the WannaPlay link, then the USA Volleyball regions link, then the RVA link, then the Arizona link and finally the link for the Arizona region web site.  I went to the junior section and the club listing.  You can take the short cut to

Too bad you do not live in Houston.  I am getting ready to run a 11 and under series of tournaments.  We are going to run a 4 night tournament.  I will put teams in pools of 3.  They will play 2 matches and referee a match on Friday night.  They will be re-pooled for the next Friday night, so that the teams will be playing teams closer to their ability every week.  The final week will be a bracket.
