Well I don't know about all the answers, but if you go to the Cisco Learning Network there are plenty of knowledgeable people in the online community who have already gotten certified. There is sure to be someone who can give you some guidance. There's plenty of information in the Certification Spotlight area about what to expect on the exams, too.
