Where can i found sound absorbers for a good price?

my walls are VERY THIN and i just bought a guitar and don't want everyone else in the house to hear my practicing? any idea where i can get good sound absorbers that don't cost an arm and a leg?

Guitar Center sells foam absorbers.

Or you can make them.  Take some 3/4" plywood, wrap it in most any fabric, like old carpet or even towels.  Hang this on your walls and aim your speakers at the plywood.
