Where can i get 100% completion for san andreas on the ps2 without going through the game?

i have a bug on the mission ceasar vialpando where you have to beat him in a hydraulics match i have got through it before and unlocked everything but it wont let me get past it anymore because it gets halfway through the song and the song keeps going but the images dont hehe so g*y
