You would get a thousand sugestions. But in my opinion, there are a only few great websites available online for reading books and also legal. I would suggest to visit WebLiterature's full library section - it appears to have a great coverage.

Bittorrent sites and Pirate Bay are ILLEGAL. They operate in violation of copyright law by providing free downloads of protected material. Please don't participate in the theft of an author's work.

Some others mentioned here (not by that poster) are free and legal. Either the author has approved their distribution or they are out of copyright and in public domain.

start using torrent,emule or any other file sharing clients.you can download torrents of any related books from wyw.demonoid.com or wyw.thepiratebay.org.(replace ys with w lol.)use your favorite downloading clients to complete downloading using these torrent files.And you have to signup for a few site and maintain your downloading and uploading ratio.I think it will help a lot.
