Where can i get a Joker DC deluxe toy?

I saw one on youtube and i really liked it! I want it ASAP!! can i get it in a regular toy store or at Target or something? Or do i have to order it on line? Cuz i don't want to wait 2 weeks! i want it ASAP! HELP!!
