I don't know any nursing scholarships in the Philippines BUT there are a lot of hospitals here in the US that will be willing to pay for education for a nursing candidate.  I was thinking of taking up nursing yeeears ago and I randomly called a hospital in my area and they told me about their programs...they were willing to give scholarships as long as I work there for 3 years after graduation...you shld try it out.
