Where can i get a baby budgie (parakeet)???

i want a baby parakeet somewhere around los angeles. i would like to get he/she from a private breeder so that he/she is nice and used to me since they are a baby. please no instructions to petfinder.com or mickaboo.com because i have already tried these sites. please if anyone knows someone or some place that would have baby parakeets please tell

You may need to call pet stores and ask them of some nearby budgie breeders, or if you could special order a budgie chick.
