I have some (relatively) straight oak and ash growing on the property. For a nominal fee (shipping/handling, plus labor; it costs less if you do the cutting and carving), you can have one of them.

And #9life... I am not referring to an archery bow, or even a Martial Arts "bo staff". The sort of short flag staff on small yachts can be made of many kinds of wood -- not just metal.

The other answers think you are asking about karate or archery staves.

I don't know of anybody selling them as a separate market item by mail, but you might find one at a chandlers or a salvage shop.

Another option would be to have one made for your boat.

Since You are asking this on a boating site, I assume you are asking about the flag staff that is mounted on the bow of a power boat. The rest of these answers assume that you are asking a martial arts question on the boating site. Someone is off the mark.....

Normally the club burgee or personal burgee is flown from the bow staff. Try any boating supply site. Search for flag staff
