does anyone know any breeders or some where that sell cheap, cute staffy pups in melbourne?

1. NEVER BUY A PUPPY just LOOKS, colour along, fur type-COLOUR, fur type and looks HAS NO INDICATION OF DOGS TEMPERMENT!

7. Read all you can-THERE are alot of false information on the web and in books about different dog breed.

8 DON'T TRUST THOSE DOG BREED SELECTORS-MOST OF THE RESULTS ARE INCORRECT. Ex i search large breed dogs, and the Pomeranian came up, which of cause is a toy dog breed!!

9. NEVER BUY FROM A PETSTORE, BACKYARD BREEDER, PUPPY MILL OR NEWSPAPER, DON'T BUY FROM NEXT DAY PETS OR DOG BREED INFO, RESCUE AN ADULT DOG OR SHELTER PUPPY!

Also note with shelter/pound in australia, you actually have to go and visit the shelter, as they only have a small selection on what's avaliable online.

One thing you may not know about staffy is they require 4km daily walks.

best bet is a staffy rescue. contact one and see if any have been taking in to local shelters. Cheap puppies mean buyer beware! If you do choose a cheap root, all i can say is make sure both parents of puppies are on site so you can see their physique and temperment to make an educated guess on how the puppies will be when they grow.

if your are going to buy from a reputable breeder then your going to have to fork out some money. if you do find a so called "breeder" thats selling them for cheap than most likely your getting ripped off by a BYB. you will end up with a unhealthy, poorly bred, unstable dog...either spend the money and buy from a reputable breeder, or go to a shelter and rescue the breed you want, theres plenty in there.
