I don't usually like to say ebay but I did purchase a very good set of graphics very cheap to spice up a race bike we were selling.  Just make sure you check the sellers feedback score.

Otherwise I would just visit a few sites that stock graphics as you may pick up a set going out cheap as it's older stock.
