make it yourself. get an old feedbag. from a grain store ect. fill it with straw or sand. tie it shut with a rope. tie the other end of rope around a tree  limb. works well under 5 bucks

try typing what you want in your search bar. there are lots of martial arts supply stores. but beware...if you buy a cheap punching bag...you will get a cheap punching bag. i got one..a signature "chuck norris" punching bag and i ripped it in half.

are you wanting a heavy bag? or a speed bag? or some focus mitts?

i'd probably check out ...combat sports international, thats where alot of mma people go and it's pretty reasonably priced and quality stuff. you can also try title boxing. century martial arts, awma...tons of them. or just look in a black belt magazine.

you could also go straight to the makers...everlast for example.

reminds me of an interesting story...i drove a garbage truck for the last 4 years, we had to work one weekend a month, and i backed up to the dumpster at a local high school and my partner called me back there...right there in the dumpster was a brand spanking new century heavy bag. needless to say i took it home with me!!

another idea...sometimes martial arts schools or boxing gyms will sell their older equipment cheap.

You can get a bag at your local Dunham's, MC Sports, d**k's Sporting goods for less than $100.  It's the kind that is filled in the bottom with water or sand, not hanging from the ceiling.  

On sale for about $70 or so.
