  1. Ok. The price is hard to work out. P and O cruises, and Ocean Village are great in britain. Also Cunard is great from NY or Suhampton. They are relatively expensive, but can be lowerd down. Her is what i reccomend. First Lower your length requirements, Change your destanation requirements, or Increase you price limit. You can do European Cruises on the major cruise line like Royal Caribbean or Carnival, but you can't get round trip Transatlantic cruises on them. Soon, may 2008 Royal Caribbean is coming out with another Freedom Class ship, the Independence. The freedom class, is the Largest and Most Innovative ships at sea. The cruises are already available for booking, and they Travel ALL OVER Europe and ASIA. Its only the Independence. Book in the next few months for good deals. Don't go right away as soon as the Ship is launched though. Wait a month or two , June- AUgust 2008. I think with that you will get good deals. By the way Pounds are about Double U.S. dollars. JFYI. So good luck, have fun, hope i helped.

  2. Cunard have regular transatlantic crossings on the QM2. These are available from £800pp. You could book the westbound, then eastbound crossings, to make a return trip. You'll have a few days in the middle before the ship returns.

I have found one cruise however with Cunard that are specifically marketing a return trip to Southampton:

    http://www.idealcruising.co.uk/cruise-it...

    Cruise Line: Cunard

    Ship: QM2

    Date: 26th June 2008

    Duration: 18 Nights

Southampton > New York > Southampton.

Unfortunately this is well over £2220pp.

As with all cruises, it is also dependant on the cabin grade you are looking for. Also Cunard, because of it's high class service, are generally more expensive that other cruise lines.

I think the best bet is to look for two seperate east/westbound cruises and trying to find the best deal for each one. Otherwise you may have to pay the extra, but you'll cruise in style!

    Hope this helps! :)
