Well, ebay would probably be the best, but maybe not reliable. You could theoretically build a computer for under 200 bucks, but it probably be tricky to find the right pieces.

For $200 or less you'll can get computers from tigerdirect.com or newegg.com. I just looked and there are 21 computers for less than $200 on Tigerdirect.com. However, if you wanted the monitor to get along with the computer then that's a different story. Nonetheless you should be able to purchase an entire computer; including keyboard mouse, monitor and maybe even speakers for less than $200 on either of these websites if you're creative. you can try to build your own off tigerdirect.com, they got some pretty nice computer parts for cheap. Me and my friends got bored at votech one day so we built one online at it came out close to 300.

if its a laptop, its probably not going to happen unless its ebay or craigslist, but dells starting computer is $279 which is probably the only brand new computer you will find with that price. its also pretty decent
