Where can i get a copy of my i-94 records?

can my country's embassy or consulate get my a copy of my i-94 records?i lost my i-94 card and didnt make any copies.i dont want to go through the u.s.c.i.s and pay the fee...who can i get i from other than them?the airlines?who?

please help

  1. Only CBP has the top half.  They turn them over to a contractor who inputs the data into the database.  You can not get a copy.  You can only get a replacement.  If you are found not in possession of the I-94 (or any alien not in possession of any immigration documents) you are inviolation of your status and can be arrested.  Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) can be jailed for up to 30 days if found without their documents.


  2. Oh, good grief.  You are not in violation of your status and will not be jailed if you don't have an I-94 card in your possession.  Where do people get this stuff?

    On the other hand, the only way to get a replacement is to fill out the form and pay the fee:  only CIS has a record of your arrival:
