Where can i get a copy of my naturalization papers toget a ne US passport that was stolen?

lost my US passport.....only have my social security card...i live in new jersey.

TRY doing this first as you already have proven you are an American when you first applied for the passport.(save $220.00) It would be great if you had records of your passport details.

To Report a Lost or Stolen Passport:

Complete Statement Regarding Lost or Stolen Passport, Form DS-64

Fill in as much of the passport information as you can.

Answer all the other questions in detail.

Sign and submit above Form DS-64, Statement Regarding a Lost or Stolen Passport, to:

Go to the embassy they should help you with everything. As long as you have proof you are an American citizen and entered the country legally you should not have a problem. Take you plane ticket with you if you have to if you still have it.
