Where can i get a decorative mannequin?

I'm redoing my room, its going to be a white furniture and different birght colors, and I once saw this mannequin online that had hangers on the bottom, and on top it was made of cloth/padded, not wire. It was really colorful. Has anyone seen anything like it?
