i want a female registered with akc around fort scott kansas.

go to www.akc.org and look at the list of breeders there.  If there are none in your area, email some of the others.  They can usually put you in touch with a reputable breeder in your area. Dobe rescue is also listed there.  BTW, it's usually called just "Doberman" as it isn't, in spite of the name, a pinscher.
