I live in kenya and would like to know whether there are some organisation or something that offers scholarship for those seeking the CFA (Chartered Financial Analysts)charter

Many local chapters offer a scholarship to locals and members.  I would start by checking with the local chapter.  They might not even have one, but they would tell you who is offering one.
