Where can i get a good high speed camera, and how much will it cost me?

I want to get into movie making and i am just wondering where i can get a good high speed camera at a good cost.

Most of the folks I know would RENT a high speed camera. They generally are not used for "normal" filming.

Cinematic (theater) films generally are film cameras like the Sony CineAlta or Arri camera systems... at 24 frames per second (FPS).

Camcorders - more "video like" - are 30 fps (well, in both cases, a little less than these numbers, but this is how most folks describe them.
