well i have been also looking for a bow but you could find all that stuff at a pawn shop pretty cheap.

You best bet is to go to the archery shops and check out the used bows that they take on trade-ins Since it seems it will be used for bow fishing, you may want to long at some of the cheaper recurves and longbows that they have- you'll have some fun with the bow fishing!
