Where can i get a good pair of saddle bags?

I have a kawi vulcan 500. im gonna use it primarily for school and work and cruising. I want locking saddle bags like the ones they sell at vikingbags.com, but they have been sold out of everything for the longest time. they would need to be big enough to carry some books and notebooks.
